Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, sizes, quantities, and contact information. Once an order enters production, it may not be changed or canceled.

Products and Sizing

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen. Customers are responsible for reviewing the available sizing information before ordering.

School Delivery and Pickup

Orders will not be shipped directly to customers. Completed garments will be delivered to the school, where school staff will sort and distribute them using the name provided with each order.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct student, teacher, or pickup name. The school assists only with distribution and is not responsible for manufacturing, payment processing, order errors, or product concerns.

Returns and Exchanges

Because items may be printed or produced specifically for each order, all sales are final unless an item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Any problem must be reported promptly after the order is received. Please review our Refund Policy for additional details.

Production and Availability

Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by product availability, school schedules, weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an item becomes unavailable, we may provide a comparable substitute or issue a refund.

Limitation of Liability
