Shipping & School Pickup Policy

All orders will be delivered directly to the school. We do not ship individual orders to customers’ homes.

Once the completed orders are delivered, the school will organize and distribute them for pickup. Each order will be sorted using the name provided at checkout. Please make sure the student’s name, teacher, grade, and other requested information are entered correctly.

The school will notify families when orders are ready and provide pickup instructions. Print‑Voyage is not responsible for delays, misplaced orders, or distribution issues after the orders have been delivered to and accepted by the school.

Orders must be picked up according to the school’s designated schedule and procedures. Please contact the school directly with questions concerning pickup times or order distribution.
